Tutorials Agreement
You get learning rights, this means you are only allowed to learn from it. You are NOT allowed to resell, rip or include in your packs.
You can link to the tutorials from your website, you CANNOT re host them with permission from me.
Tutorial packs are for using rights only, some of the content does not belong to me but I own posting rights to supply this material to you.
I have not written some tutorials - in each case the writer has been fully credited and they are fully aware that it is on my site. Please consult the original owners for their permissions.
Resources Agreement
Resources are for using rights only. This means you are simply allowed to use them. Do NOT re-host or share them. Often these resources I have got Posting Rights for and cannot give full permission for use.
My personal packs which I make and release you can use in commercial and non-commercial art work. A little credit is great though - eg a link to the website.
You cannot claim you made any of the psds. They are for LEARNING RIGHTS ONLY. Do not share the PSDs, but you can link to them from my website.
Articles Agreement
You can use the knowledge to learn, just don't copy and paste chunks of the information onto your own website's or tutorials.
