Although the tutorial walkthroughs most of the settings, I am not telling you how to use the tools.
You MUST know how to use the pen tool before attempting this tutorial!

Make a new document any size you like. I would advise choosing the largest size you can. Either A3 or A4 paper size perfect for poster or prints on your wall.
Size below: 600 x 849
Original size: 3508 x 4961
Fill the background white and then using the pen tool create a shape curving in from one of the corners. Fill the shape a light green/blue colour.
Then add the settings below.

Add a second shape on the other side. Fill this one pink. Apply the same settings as the previous shape.
You can left click on the previous layer and go > copy layer style.
Then click on the new object and left click > Past layer style.
Add a drop shadow at this point as well. Use the settings you feel best.

Download the font [CandyScriptSwash] or find a font of your choice. Create the first letter (in black) and place in the top left hand corner.
Add a drop shadow and any other effects you feel neassary. (Slight gradient added)

Use the pen tool to create a shape inside the letter of your choice. Fill it a dark grey.
If you are unable to keep inside the letter you can always make the shape a clipping mask off the letter.
Simply select the shape layer put it above the letter layer and then go layer > create clipping mask (ALT, CMD/CTRL, G)

Repeat the previous step with a lighter shade of grey.

Add another shape inside the previous shape.
At this point halftones/scanlines were added. These fade into the design. This gives the previous shapes a little more detail, but isn't needed if you don't wish.

A grundge texture was added over the letter, on the setting of multiply at 100% opacity.
If you select the letter and hold shift at the same time you get the selection of the outline.
This way you can make sure that you can remove parts which go over the outlines of the letter.

Add a couple more shapes and you have finished! A few white shapes were added to give the piece that slight 3D look.

Ok because we have already done this process, I have only included the screenshots for the next number.
I have written a brief statement about each.

I would advice grouping everything up together if you haven't already.
A seperate folder for the background, and each of the two letters.
Find the folder containing the 'W' letter. Create a new group underneath and then using the pen tool start to create a new shape.
Make sure it flows with the letter. Colour it in pink.

Add another shape layer on top of this last one, fill it a darker pink.

Add some halftone effects around the letter. If you don't have any effects, you can download them or simply skip this step. It will not make a huge difference.

Create some more shapes, make them flow with the letter, colour the bottom one light pink and the top one dark pink/purple.

Add two more shapes but this time add some nice light blue. Again making sure the shapes flow with the letter.

Change any colours to suit the piece.

Use a soft brush to add glowing effects again.

Add a circle and place behind the 'W', we will get round to adding many more circles later on.

Finish off by adding any extra bits you wish to finish off the top right hand corner.
This stage is really up to you if you don't like the look of your piece so far.

Now we have finished the 'W' letter we can move on! Using the pen tool again create two shapes curving from the '6' place them under the group with the "6" layers inside.
Make the top shape a dark pink/purple and the one underneath a lighter pink.

Repeat step 21 but with the same funky blue colours you used for the 'W' letter.

Add some circles into the piece. Use the pen tool to add a white specular on each of the circles.

Pen tool time again. (It will end I promise you) Complete the other side of the image.

Finally add the blue pen tooling behind the top of the '6' and then you have completed the main two parts!

Using the circle tool create a few circle filled dark pink. Then apply the following settings to each circle.
Remember you can copy and paste the layer styles once you have done one!

Repeat the last step but this time we are going to be using blue!

Finally add some black circles, then inside these fill these with a dark grey.
Add a simple drop-shadow to the black circles. If you want to add anything else feel free! If not you have finished the piece!
Hope you enjoyed the tutorial!
